The US Chinese Scholars Association is a non-profit, non-political, and community benefit organization. It was founded in 1998 by some professors in Southern California. Its mission is to promote intellectual exchange, collaboration, and amity among Chinese scholars in the United States, China, and the rest of the world.
The Association is dedicated to the development of science, technology and higher education and enhancement of Sino-American friendship and mutual understanding.
Mission Statement:
To promote intellectual exchange and friendship among Chinese scholars in the United States as well as in the world; To contribute to the development of science, technology and higher education in the United States and China; and To enhance the Sino-American friendship and mutual understanding between Eastern and Western cultures.

• 1、拥有博士学位、或助理级别的教员、或研究员可以择成为终身会员
• 2、大学、学院或其他机构的教授或同等学历以上可以择成为终身会员
• 3、任何在重大意义上支持和贡献USACSA目标的个人可成为荣誉会员
• 4、任何个人同意并支持USACSA的宗旨，但不符第一条的可成为准会员
